Here are the new Indian Government apps list.
NOTE: ALL THE APPS NOT BY INDIAN GOVERNMENT. THEY ARE INDIA SPECIFIC.
Here are some newly launched apps that I must have to share with my fellow indians.
These apps are very beneficial to everyone.
1-Meghdoot
This app aims to deliver critical information to the farmers of our country.
It is developed by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology(IITM) and Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
If you are a farmer or have farmland in your house or your father or relatives are farmers then please show and install this app in their device.
The apps shows various data and crops related information to your device.
And of course it also tells about the weather conditions.
2- ABHA, Heart Rate, Records(PHR)
APP OF THE YEAR
Now you can store all your records in just one click.
And if you visit any Government hospital, then this app is a must. They will tell you to download this app and then an OPT will arrive at the app.
Then you will deliver the PIN to the executive and then he/she will give you the prescriptions paper.
Not only you can put your records but you can also add your family members health records into this app.
Join the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission to obtain your ABHA health ID card with your unique number and address.
You can also monitor your vitals via this app like heart rate etc.
3- SACHET
This app provides all India disaster alerts at one place.
You can view alert details and survival guidelines.
You can also view weather forecast and earthquake details.
The interface is visually appealing and intuitive and it’s a nice disaster alert app. The precise location alerts make things easy.
It’s a pan India mobile application developed by NDMA, national disaster management authority.
4- Damini: Lightning Alert
It’s a must-have app in the rainy season.
And if you live in any areas where a lot of rainfall happen and lighting and thunderstrikes happen, then app is a must.
It will tell you whether your area is affected by lighting or not and you can know the area by seeing the map.
And then you can plan your day in advance that whether you have to leave your home or not.
5-Bhashini(Beta)
It is specifically developed to help Indian citizens translate content in different Indian languages.
You can effectively communicate with others who do not know your language.
And this helps to reduce the language barrier in India.
You can use this application to convert voice to text and translate from one Indian language to another.
6- Sankalp Bharat
This is one of the best preparation platform for students appearing in engineering and medical exam preparation in India.
They have a test series and a highly passionate team of teachers and the teachers are great according to
reviews.
It has free content for every student and learn from India’s best faculties.
7- Ayushman App
It is a new Indian Government official apps.
Ayushman Bharat is a flagship scheme(Pradhanmantri jan aarogya yojna) of Indian Government to provide cashless secondary and tertiary care treatment up to INR 5 lakhs.
This app can be used to “Ayushman Card” also.
And I highly advise to download this app as it can also be used as Identity proof in some cases.
8- RRTS Connect
With this app you can enjoy:
- Manage your bookings,
- Book tickets on the fingertips,
- Enjoy seamless travel experience,
- Station facilities, loyalty points,
- and you can also plan your tips.
The UI of the app is very attractive. This amazing application provides all the necessary information of the
station around you like AQI, facilities and weather & local attractions etc.
9- Sameer
This app provides the hourly update of the National Air Quality Index(AQI), published by Central Pollution Control Board.
Air quality index is a tool for effective communication of air quality status to people in terms, which are easy to understand.
It transforms complex air-quality data of various pollutants into a single number, nomenclature and color.
You can also use this app to publically register complaints related to air pollution.
10- 112 India
This 112 SOS Mobile app is a part of the Emergency response support system, (ERS) and the app is by the MHA government of India.
A person in distress may seek for assistance of local emergency service along with a generated call to 112.
It provides a single panic app 24*7 across the country for all the citizens.
It aims to make the operations more citizen friendly and transparent and efficient.
This app can timely dispatch the field resources, (police, health, fire and disaster management) to the location of the incident using the system.
11- MeraPashu360
This app provides 25 plus types of animal feeder. And you can get home delivery in 24 hours with this app.
You can make online payments and can track live locations of delivery trucks.
12- Agrizy: Smart agri-processing
They make agricultural procurements simple.
Buying agri raw materials can be very tedious.
For many agri-processing industries, activities like finding the right vendor and product that meets the quality standards is always a challenge.
You can checkout this app.

And I believe 4-5 apps from this list are sure to be kept in your smartphone.
